For my first 'proper' blog post I thought I would show you what products I like to use everyday. I don't wear all of these everyday but say if I was popping to the shops on the weekend or something like that, I would wear almost all of them. This look is especially great when I don't have much time because it does not take very long.
For my face I don't wear foundation everyday because I feel that I don't need to. However, if I do I wear the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation in 200 Soft Seige. I love this foundation because it has SPF 15 so it's some protection from the sun. Also, the tiny little shimmer particles just make your skin look flawless and glowing. For concealer I wear the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles in Light Pale. I love this concealer for my under eyes because it is a tiny bit lighter than my skin tone so it just brightens up under my eyes and conceals my dark circles. The concealer I use for the rest of my face is the Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer in Classic Beige. This one I use on any blemishes or red spots and I like it because it covers those. To set my makeup I use the Rimmel Stay Matte powder in 001 Translucent. Mine broke because I left it in my bag so the packaging is broken but other than that I like this because it keeps my makeup in place and leaves a matte finish.
For my brows I use the Australis Eyebrow Pencil in Blonde to fill them in. I love this pencil but the colour is a tiny bit to yellow toned for me so when I get a new one I will get the shade light brown. To set them in place I use the Extender Lash Mascara Clear (which can be used for brows). On a day-to-day basis I don't usually wear eyeshadow or mascara. However, if I feel like a light wash of colour I use the Little Mix by Collection Perrie's Trio and use the light shimmery colour all over the lid. If I want a more neutral look I will use the Covergirl Professional Eye Enhancers in Country Woods (I think that's the name) and use the lightest colour called Barely Beige. It's a matte colour so it's more subtle. If I want to wear mascara I use the Covergirl Lashblast Fusion which makes my lashes look more dramatic.
For cheeks I use the Glam Blush duo and I use the purple on the the apples of my cheeks. This isn't purple at all when you put it on, it's more of a pale pink colour. Then I use the second duo and use the light pink one, which has alot more shimmer, as a highlight on the top of my cheek bones. For an all over bronzed glow I use the brown coloured one in the hollows of my cheeks, around my hairline, under my jawline and a little bit on my nose.
Lastly, for everyday I don't usually do a bold lipstick or anything too heavy. I use the Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Glow to moisturise my lips and add a tiny bit of colour which I love because it's not as heavy as a lipstick. I add a tiny bit of the Lip Smacker gloss in Pink Nilla Mint. This has a strong mint smell, which I love, but if you don't like products with a strong scent I wouldn't recommend this.
